Aqui descobre inquietações que são neutralizadas pela meditação, e sentimentos negativos como o medo, a raiva, etc., são trocados pelo amor, autoconfiança e alegria. Desta maneira voltas a encontrar o silêncio e a tranquilidade no teu interior, voltas a reconhecer o teu estado natural. Isto reflecte-se em todo o teu corpo, na mente e no corpo físico e em toda tua vida diariamente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É muito difícil pensar em nada. És um principiante no Yoga ou já estás mais avançado? O nosso Ensino Básico oferece-te uma formação profunda nos primeiros cinco passos do Yoga. Não só aprendes posturas físicas, princípios morais, ideais morais e desapego, mas também serás introduzido nos segredos do controlo de energia. Uma melhoria na tua saúde e uma vida mais prolongada são o resultado. Descobre por ti próprio como ficas elegante, flexível e forte com o nosso sistema muito antigo e comprovado. É um método suave e simpático apropriado para qualquer pessoa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O Ensino Básico consiste em 40 aulas de 3 horas semanais, ou em 20 aulas de 6 horas quinzenais, de acordo com o critério de 200 horas da Federação Internacional do Yoga. Portanto, desde antes o pequeno-almoço até depois do jantar, haverá actividades em que poderás ou não participar, conforme te apetecer na altura.Um fim-de-semana, só para ti, para o teu desenvolvimento interior, com muita alegria e gargalhadas.&lt;br /&gt;É intenção chegar ao local antes do jantar de sexta, 3 de Abril, e a saída será antes do jantar de domingo, dia 5 de Abril.Há quartos duplos e evt. quartos individuais. Pequeno-almoço, almoço, lanche e jantar, sim ou não vegetarianos, para os dois dias estão incluídos. Idem roupa da cama, e toalhas de banho para cada dia.A maior parte de alimentação vem de Horta Biológica deles.A residência fica no meio dos Pinhais.Eu estive lá em Dezembro e foi fantástico.&lt;br /&gt;O limite de inscrições é de 30 pessoas (Neste momento já estão 9 reservadas).
